Likewise, it is not possible for us to make alterations and cancellations to orders completed in the online shop, for technical, logistical, operational and human reasons.
 
However, any complaints about the quality of the products should be reported through the contacts indicated on the Website, for individual analysis. After receiving the order, you may exchange the products due to non-conformity or anomaly of the same within a maximum period of 15 days.
